Who knew a bearded ginger could be so versatile?
As we previously reported, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband Justin Mikita's Tie the Knot Foundation, which sells adorably unique bow ties to benefit LGBT civil rights organizations, is cordially inviting same-sex couples to share their wedding plans with the Supreme Court in advance of their June ruling on marriage equality. Their recent video implored partners to create and send out custom wedding invitations to every member of SCOTUS: “Let’s show them how many couples are counting on them and make it a date to remember."
Taking on some of the Supreme Court's strongest personalities, including an Xbox-playing Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the Modern Family star has now teamed up with Funny or Die on a new video that imagines how the justices might react when they receive those invites in the mail.
Who knows? Maybe they'll actually show up—even if it’s just for the free cake and champers.
